This large timer for kids and professionals has easy-to-read, large numbers, a protective lens, and included dry erase activity card. If desired, write or draw the task on the included Dry Erase Activity Card and place card on top slot. Turn the center knob to move the red disk counter-clockwise to the duration of your choice (up to 60 minutes). The timer is now set, and the quiet countdown has begun. No ticking means no distractions! As time expires, the red disk disappears moving in a clockwise direction – providing an understanding of time left with just a quick glance. For the ultimate in flexibility, the Time Timer Original 8 inch can be used on magnetic whiteboards and numerous other metallic surfaces. It can also stand on a flat surface with its two foldable feet or be hung on the wall. An optional alert (on/off) on the back of the timer controls the sound at the end of the timing cycle.
